Lm’s Organoleptic Consulting Services provide for sensorial analysis sessions held in the Rome lab, in the presence of the producer and all wine-making personnel. During the sessions, Luca Maroni identifies the necessary modulations to improve the analytical/organoleptic qualities of examined wines.
