CONSULTING ACTIVITIES The consultancy service, performed by Dr. Luca Maroni, consists of sessions of sensory analysis carried out in our laboratory in Rome, at the presence of the holders of the client Company, employees and technicians involved in the winemaking process. During the sessions, Luca Maroni identifies the modulations necessary to improve wine quality thus performing a deep and skilled analysis of the founding taste-aroma of a specific wine. Please find hereafter a brief summary of content and key moments of Lm Organoleptic Consulting Activity: ORGANOLEPTIC CONSULTING ACTIVITY PROGRAM
1) Tasting of each of the wine produced before final bottling; 2) Assessment of the overall Pleasantness Index and of content of the three parameters (Consistency, Balance, Integrity) of these wines; 3) Specified indication of oenological inputs to enhance the Pleasantness of each wine; 4) Indication of Pleasantness Index potentially achievable through the application of inputs transmitted; 5) Precise specification of the requested quantity of each wine for optimizing the composition and the Pleasantness Index of not yet bottled blended wines obtained by assemblage.
